RETURN POLICY

At The Chennai Mobiles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product has missing accessories or parts.
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.

Note: Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, invoice, or warranty card.
  • Software, digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items.
  • Personal care products and accessories that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original box, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice.
  • Have all original tags and seals intact.
  • Be securely packed while returning.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Support within the return period.
  • Share your Order ID, invoice, and the reason for return.
  • If required, provide images or videos of the product.
  • Once the return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.

The Chennai Mobiles reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the return, replacement, or refund.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:

  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return if the product is eligible under this policy.

The Chennai Mobiles also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing or technical errors.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Payment verification issues.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

A full refund will be issued for orders cancelled by the Company.

8. Important Notes
  • Please remove all personal data, passwords, and accounts from electronic devices before returning them.
  • The Chennai Mobiles is not responsible for any personal data left on returned products.
  • Returns requested outside the eligible return period may not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this policy.
